    About Me

My favorite chef is Emeril Lagasse. I just love watching his show on TV. I tend to be on the go and on Temporary Duty travel a lot so mostly what I fix for myself are things that I can eat one handed like appetizers. I am a real gadget freak with several recipe and cookbook programs on my PDA and computer.

    Favorite Foods

I love garlic. And my deviled eggs get nothing but compliments. I love experimenting with various foods. I tend toward making appitizers, because I can eat them while working, and it is easier to share them. I'm really into Shabu Shabu right now for eating out. Has anyone tried Koji's?
