"This recipe is a disaster! Though taste is fine, it calls for way too much butter. Grease pooled on top of the candy, and I had to use a paper towel to soak up and absorb all the excess grease. If I decide to use this recipe again, I will cut the amount of butter in half. A very similar online recipe calls for 1 cup powdered Maltitol, no corn ..."

"I made this jam with disastrous results! It was too sweet and had a grainy texture. I will try it again making these changes: will use 3 cups of sugar (not 4 and will use 1 pkg. of Jell-O (not 2. Also will boil it for less time and will add Jell-O before it is done cooking so Jell-O is more thoroughly dissolved."

"Country-Wife, thank you for sharing this delicious custard recipe which is so quick and easy to prepare. I, too, found it to be very runny after baking it at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. It was perfect after I turned the temperature up to 350 and baked it for another 20 minutes. Next time I plan to bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes."

Other family members thought the turkey was fine, but it and the gravy were much too salty for my husband and me. Both of us take medications to lower blood pressure (and have sensitivity towa..."
