I love experimenting with both familiar and not so-ingredients by creating my own new recipes, as well as trying other's wonderful concoctions.
Every month I try to broaden my palate by getting out and tasting a new style or type of cuisine. What better way is there to get to know more about a culture than through their foods and traditional dishes?
