About me? Well, I obviously love Lucy and I really love cooking...that's why I'm here! ;)

I love Mexican, American, and Italian food, but I like to try food of all types. I love anything that consists primarily of chocolate and I can't ever pass up anything mint! I absolutely love a good steak and some potatoes with some grilled artichokes and french bread on the side! I am also an ice cream fanatic. I love the flavors you get from cooking with wine or beer so I try to as often as possible. Any type of crusty artisan bread is also a favorite...I don't need butter or dipping sauce either...I could sit and eat a fresh loaf of bread as is and be happy!
