"This is fantastic, even without the cheese! I couldn't stop eating it. We used regular bread and toasted like grilled cheese. Will make again!"

"I tried one half with powdered stevia (concentrated and one half with Sucanat (I don't buy brown sugar. I sprinkled both halves with cinnamon. I appreciated the instructions on how to broil them. I liked the half with stevia better - it was sweeter, with less sugar. I'll bet honey would be good, just maybe messier. And the previous reviewer..."

"Making this now for the 2nd time. Family loved it first time, with the bread crumbs. Now, I am trying cooked rice. I can never fit 6 chicken breasts in my 5 qt crockpot. I also use homemade cream of chicken soup and I put the bread crumbs/rice on the bottom."

"I used 1/2 cup So Delicious coconut milk (unsweetened and less dried onion flakes. I recommend melting the butter, adding the flour, cooking for a minute. Then slowly adding the milk and broth with the spices and onions. I think that's the traditional way of doing it. Made this for a Chicken Swiss recipe in the crockpot. Thanks!"

"I wanted to find a tomato sauce recipe for the crock pot, WITH fresh tomatoes. I took this recipe and decided to combine it with my spaghetti sauce recipe to kill 2 birds with one stone (so to speak. To skin the tomatoes, I boiled for a few minutes, then pulled the skins off. I used dried onions and Penzey's Pasta Sprinkle. You will need to p..."

"I am a total roasting novice. I wanted to make marinated peppers, so I tried this. I used salad tongs. Note that the pepper spits and crackles as it blackens. It took about 7 minutes per pepper, then I put in a bowl with a lid. I left the one in there while I cooked the other one. I don't think 15 minutes helped the skin peeling any more tha..."

"I had some cantaloupe that had to get eaten, and I don't like it. So, I decided to try this. I made enough for 6 cups (to fill my blender. It needs no added sweetener, but I decided to put in 1/2 banana. I also always add an egg and a flax/chia/oat bran combo to all my smoothies. I also figured I would add some spinach I had, to get in some ..."

"I came upon this by accident, looking to see if another recipe I wanted to post was on here. Instead of tea, I used water kefir. Used So Delicious coconut milk. Not sure what the tapioca was for, so didn't use it and didn't need the extra sugar syrup. All in all, it was pretty good. Only thing that detracted from it was that the sugar didn't ..."

"I am so glad I picked this! I am not a watermelon lover, but had a lot to use up. I used fresh lemon juice (3/4 cup, honey for the corn syrup, 1 tsp white stevia, and my homemade water kefir (for extra nutrition. Lower sugar, just a bit tart and really refreshing!"

"I am always worried when I plan to try enchiladas, as my family has never liked the ones I've done. I tried this, using corn tortillas, 1 jalapeno, beans instead of refried, added chopped homegrown tomatoes when cooking veggies (and I think another veggie. I made it in a 9x13 and used 10 small sized tortillas. I thought it would come out too h..."
