    About Me

    I am an accountant and writer by trade, and love to dabble in cooking at home whenever possible. I grew up in a single-parent household, learning to cook at a very early age. I am an avid dog parent, with three dogs; an Australian Shepherd, a Cocker Spaniel, and a little Maltese.
    I love Cantonese region chinese cooking, Japanese food, seafood dishes, Italian food, and homemade barbeque. I will be posting recipes on here in the very near future, and look forward to sharing ideas with everyone who loves to cook. I benefit so much from discussing recipe ideas with all of you. I am honored to converse with everyone I meet on here.
    My fiancee and I love to cook together, and share our food creations with our two kids as well. We live on the banks of the Gulf Coast, right here in Seabrook, Texas, and enjoy dishes that are insired by fresh seafood.   With my fiancee coming from Uruguay, South America and also being part Italian, our cooking takes many twists and turns, and we love it that way.

    Favorite Foods

    Cantonese chinese dishes, Japanese sushi and hibachi cooking, Seafood, barbeque, and Italian dishes. I occasionallyy venture into Mexican and Spanish dishes, too. Both are very popular here in East and South Texas area.
