"Wow! I was a real skeptic after baking some flax bread that looked beautiful - but smelled and tasted revolting - but THIS recipe actually approximates the texture and feel of bread and without any unfamiliar or unbread-like odors and tastes.
After loading up a piece w/ bologna, lettuce, onion & mayo and slapping on the top 'bu..."

"Fed this to my dad who had to eat a lot of cauliflower as a child in the 40's, and HATES it; and he thought it was very good. It was better after I squeezed some water out of the cooked veg w/ a tea towel. The first batch was a little too soft/watery."

"I baked this batter in a mini muffin pan to make mini -quiches for a party, and everyone went wild over them. I went pretty heavy on the Swiss cheese and added a few cloves of crushed garlic. I am making this for 'everyday' next time. So glad to get this great recipe."

"This truly is the classic recipe everyone knows and loves. I didn't have Old Bay so I googled a recipe [here](http://busycooks.about.com/od/homemademixes/r/oldbaymix.htm for it and made up a batch. The salad was just great for an Easter dinner, thanks!"

"This is the same recipe I've used since the early 80's (wonder how old it is?, it's quick easy, delicious, makes a lot and foolproof. Good candy recipe to have a kid begin learning with.
Another reviewer talked about not scraping sides of pan or the candy will turn grainy but you needn't worry about that with this recipe. The marshmallow..."

"Perfect is right. If you don't have a stand mixer, find something to rest your pot-bottom on while you're tipping the hot syrup into the egg whites; pouring gradually, it gets heavy. Better yet would be another helping pair of hands.
I added chopped black walnuts to make this taste just like my grandma's, and I poured the candy out in a r..."
