    About Me

    I live on Seattle's Capitol Hill, work in the heart of Downtown and love every moment of it. We can see the Space Needle from our balcony, walk to all the local stores (including two organic grocers!) and try to cook as close to the original food chain as possible. This means that almost everything we make is from scratch, avoiding excessive amounts of salt, HFCS, and preservatives.

    Favorite Foods

    2 years ago, I only had two dishes: lasagna and chicken soup. Now, I have over 70 spices in my cabinet and make dinners for friends 2-3 times a week. I love to cook anything.
