Shared Recipe Sugar Free Almond Mocha

"In the Summer, hot drinks drop from menus faster than a lit match from a firebug, and rich, sugary things aren't exactly bikini body fodder. But the good news is that you can still treat yourself to a rich, smooth mocha - this baby is not only great hot or iced, but tripled with 2 tbsp of almond butter added to it you can make a great popsicle, or ..."

    Reviewed Light Eggless Banana Cake

"I don;t know why, but I followed the recipe to the letter and it never really "baked" in the centre. It was set, but very VERY moist compared to the rest of the cake and it took it almost 45 minutes to get that far. The kids ate the edges but wouldn;t go near the middle"

    Shared Recipe Multilayer Bars

"You know "Magic Bars" and Hello Dollies, but you've never seen this combination before! About Me

Nutritionist and pastry chef: baking is my passion, but teaching the value of good food to whole families is close to my heart too! I have a passion for re-instilling the love of good-quality, home-made and mostly healthy food into the hearts and kitchens of children and their families today. I believe that any “homemade” food, even when labelled as "naughty", is a more wholesome treat than pre-packaged, cookie-cutter junk.

    Favorite Foods

Chocolate is the absolute best! My favourite is Lindt's 70% excellence, pure heaven! I'm a bit of a sucker for tuna sushi rolls too, and pretty much anything with mustard.
