    "easy to make... used a jar of spicy hot salsa, frozen corn and a 19 oz can of beans, along with the frozen chicken... went i went to stir the cream cheese in, the chicken shredded nicely... no extra "juice" at all... in fact it was quite thick... we put it into whole wheat wraps with some lettuce... YUM!"

    "I used this recipe to make 6 jumbo muffins. I also made some substitutions, using plain yogurt instead of the buttermilk and I used applesauce instead of the oil. The muffins were a little dense but VERY moist and flavourful! My son and husband loved these!!"

    "This was a great dip! I also added too much cheese, but I was using up some leftovers in the fridge. It was a pure sheep's milk feta, which can be a little salty.
