    "I made this load just before Christmas. I reduced the size by using 400g of flour and the rest of the ingredients in proportion. It baked perfectly and when cut it looked great. I found it a bit too sweet for my taste, but then I found that the dried cranberries were very sweet, as they were preserved with a lot of sugar. Next time I will redu..."

    "I made this loaf and found it very tasty. I might not toast the walnuts next time, but otherwise no problems. My only gripe is that being English I am used to weighing ingredients rather than using measures. How DO you measure chopped dates?"
