    About Me

    I've been working outside the home for most of my life. My daughter is now 25 and lives on her own. I am currently unemployed so I have more time to cook, but not the money to buy ingredients! I love growing my own herbs (especially basil varieties) and usually wait for Mabon (Fall equinox) to dry them for winter months.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite is seafood; although that gets expensive. I love fresh herbs to season just about any dish. Baking is what I do best, but not necessarily what I want to eat all the time.
