"This is simple and delicious - I could eat the whole jar. Excellent on burgers or in a potato salad or just by themselves."

"This is delicious! I used a large bunch of red Swiss chard and a large Vidalia onion, sauteed in olive oil. I used only one egg, 1/2 cup of milk, plus a cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of Monterey jack, and a little Parmesan - so I guess I changed it quite a bit - but the overall recipe was wonderful, and it really brings out the flavor of the ..."

"With a houseful of young people last night, I was looking for something filling & inexpensive, but good. And this is. Not an exciting recipe, just very good comfort food. I used boneless pork ribs, cut into chunks (what I had on hand and added some garlic to them. I also added diced green pepper for a little color, and cut the amount of chili..."

"This was very good. Instead of Minute Rice, I used cooked Lund brown rice (very hearty and added a bit of pineapple juice. I will be making this a lot - thank you so much. Always good to have an excellent recipe on hand for leftover ham."

"This has wonderful flavor! I made it with London broil, as that is what I had, so it was slightly tough, but no one minded - definitely a keeper, and company-worthy."

"I had planned on this dish as part of an Asian meal, but was unable to locate any bok choy. Not to be stopped! I made the sauce as written but substituted 12 oz. sliced portabella mushrooms, 1/2 sliced Vidalia onion, 2 cups asparagus, and 3 sliced zucchinis - and then threw in a cup of shrimp for good measure. It was delicious!"

"I made this as part of an Asian meal for company, and it was the best dish of all. I made it without the ramen noodles or almonds (allergies but added cashews. Everyone loved it and the 4 of us ate the "serves 10-12" amount."

"I am always on the lookout for good shrimp recipes, and had high hopes for this. Unfortunately, we found it to be just okay - rather bland. I can't put my finger on what is missing, perhaps just more of the spices, but it was not a hit with us."

"I made this but doubled the amount, as part of our Christmas dinner menu. It is sensational! I did add extra brown sugar in the last 10 minutes, and I sliced the potatoes thinly (as for au gratin instead of cubing. This is the recipe I will always use for sweet potatoes from now on; the taste is sweet, but with a nice kick. We loved it - tha..."

"I tried this recipe with a 7 lb. bone-in smoked ham for our Christmas dinner menu, and it was delicious. I baked it for 2 hours (covered tightly in foil, and served it with Sweet and Spicy Sweet Potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole, and Apple Cinnamon jello. Very juicy, tender, and easy. Thank you!"
