"I have made this soup numerous times. I usually make it when we have broccoli that is about to expire, which is at least once a month :.
I make it basically as stated, I don't think I add anything, maybe extra cheese or pepper. This is delicious and I will actually be making it for dinner tonight!"

"I can't believe I have never reviewed this, my deepest apologies! This is my go to recipe! People always request it from me. The only thing I do different is add a bit of freshly chopped Jalapeno to the dish to add some crunch. I slice that jalapeno in half and stick it on top so people know what is in it.
Thank you so much for a great reci..."

"This was really good, I was kind of surprized because it was so darn easy! I peeled 8 or 9 potatoes and threw them in crockpot with the soup and broth, left in fridge overnight to have ready to stick in crockpot for cooking. I forgot the onions-oops. When it was done cooking I smashed about half of the potatoes added in the cream cheese, put lid..."

"This was really good and really easy. I doubled the sauce and added a bit of half/half to make more of it, after shrimp cooked, removed and then thickened up the sauce. Delish! It had a good spice to it. I used chipotle chili powder instead of regular, it added a bit of smokiness to the dish. I hope it is just as good as leftovers!"
