    I live in the Silicon Valley, a convert from the school of eating out every night.

    I make everything from scratch when I can. The more raw, the better. I make my own bread and pasta, without a machine. My friends think I'm nuts! They may be right.

    Favorite Foods

    I love making just about everything. My favorite dishes involve one of two things. Either the exotic preparation of meat, or making awesome dishes out of the simplest of materials. I envy our neighbors to the Far East for their talents in both of these areas!
