"I love this recipe..It really does taste like something fancy you'd order at nice restaurant. I will advise that if you're like me and you like a lot of sauce, double or triple the amount especially if you're putting it over rice. "Yum Yum! I admit that when I first mixed all the ingredients together and tasted it, I was a little hesitant. But I wanted to wait until the fish was done to make my final decision. I'm glad I waited..It complimented the salmon very nicely. My husband gobbled it up as well. I will definitely be making again. Thanks!"

"very very good! I used both Jalapeno and chili peppers (for those that don't like a lot of heat. I've made them twice now and I'm making them to take to a July 4th party. Grilling them is definitely the way to go!"

"Very good! the only thing I would advise..Don't use all the flour at once..mine turned out a little doughy so in turn I had to add more butter and some chicken stock to thin it out. My husband has already asked me to make this again. Thank you!"

"This was very good. I did add more salsa and probably only 1/2 of ketchup though. I even added some chopped up fresh cilantro to the mix. I topped it with some shredded cheddar cheese the last few minutes of baking. Very Very yummy. Served with spanish rice. I will be adding this to my rotation. thanks!"
