    About Me

I moved out of the city to have a house on some land where I enjoy watching the wildlife in my back yard. I'm married with no children. I recently started to learn to cook so I was really happy to find recipezaar. I have three cats Shadow, Tigger, and Winnie Pooh. I recently purchased Dream Dinners cookbook and experienced a full weekend of hard work creating 18 OAMC meals which was very satisfying. About 2 years ago I would have never thought I would be eating vegetables today. Just the other day I tried Mushroom stuffed eggplant and my sister said you're making what? I was a very finicky eater growing up.

    Favorite Foods

One of my favorite recipes is for Hungarian Goulash. I made it for my husband while we were dating (it was one of the only meals I could cook) unfortunately I read the recipe wrong and put in 2 tablespoons of paprika instead of 2 teaspoons. I never knew he didn't like it at the time he ate it all up. When I make it correctly he loves it.
