"So good! I love recipes that say "throw everything in the food processor." So I followed the recipe to a T and it couldn't be more tasty or more easy to do. I had no problem unmolding the pate with the help of the parchement paper. It makes a beautiful presentation with the seseame seed and herbs on top. Thanks for posting a winner!"

"I was ready to give five stars after licking the spoon! But then after it set up in the fridge it was even better! I can imagine this would mold beautifully and I already have plans to make it as a pie filling as it would be very sliceable. I did make one change -- I used cherry preserves in place of the cherries because I couldn't find any. It..."

"This was really good! Before the second bite I was already being asked for the recipe. I have to admit that I swapped out some veggies based on what I needed to use, but the spirit of the recipe stayed the same and was wonderful!"

"I very much enjoyed this recipe. I had intended to use an ice cream maker, but I guess after years in the box it decided not to work any more so I went with the stir every once in a while method. I subbed almond milk for the water and thought the end result tasted great. The ground almonds made the texture a little gritty however. Didn't stop anyo..."

"I loved these cookies! I had guests coming and even though I had intentions of taking pictures, there were no leftovers! Made exactly as written, except they were in the fridge overnight. I think they would make great drop cookies too. (i.e. skip the chilling part and just go for spoonfuls on the baking sheet."

"EXCELLENT! This wonderful lasagna -- made exactly as written -- was loved by all. The mushroom hater in the family asked if there were mushrooms in it. I said yes, and he kept eating. If that isn't amazing, I don't know what is! I did really really really finely chop the mushrooms, so they weren't easily identifiable. :- I didn't wait at all bef..."

"Perfect! There's nothing I would change. This was absolutely wonderful and I can't wait for leftovers tomorrow! I used chunky peanut butter and that makes me think a handful of chopped peanuts would be a nice nice topping. Oh, and because I can't get kale here, I ended up using Swiss chard and it was wonderful. As I imagine spinach would be too. W..."

"I wish I could give 500 stars! This was fantastic. It's going straight into my "good enough for company" cookbook. It's really really good. I wouldn't change a thing. The filling is fabulous and with the leftovers I might stuff some cherry tomatoes. Or perhaps make a quiche. YUM!"

"So easy and so delicious! This was a great last minute "what should we have for breakfast?" answer! I subbed almond milk and it was fantastic!"
