"I walked in the house with a handful of rhubarb. This one was the first recipe that popped up and was that ever lucky! Yum, yum, yum! Even my non-rhubarb eating husband who normally avoids desserts came back for seconds."

"This recipe really deserves the word "fabulous" in the title! I loved it! I just bought a sun oven (set it up outside and let the sun do the cooking so my house stays cool and this was the first recipe I tried. Turned out great!! (I didn't have any applesauce so I used Lighter Bake, a fruit sauce designed to replace fat in recipes. I also didn..."

"Yum! I love the simplicity of this recipe. I halved the recipe to make one loaf and it turned out great! I added more flour when kneading it because the dough seemed a bit sticky. But I'm new to bread baking, so that might just be me... I didn't do the twisty thing, and I made it in my sun oven -- a great way to have home baked bread in the summer..."

"Wow! Such a simple recipe and such a great soup. I highly recommend it. I used a squash that was already baked and soft so I didn't puree anything. That meant the onions were a little chunky, but I liked the texture."

"I wish I could give more stars, this was outstanding! I used sweet potatoes instead of regular potatoes. And the recipe didn't specify anything about the onion other than in the layering directions. I used half an onion, cut into rings and boiled it with the potatoes. The Morningstar bacon added a lot of flavor, I think it would be just as good w..."

"Fantastic! I only had half a cup of lentils, so I added a half cup of TVP. I also used BBQ sauce and an extra egg. The end result was very tasty, and I'd say it's good enough for company! I just checked the calorie count -- holy cow -- only 372 calories for a fourth of the pan. I'm going to go have another piece!"

"Excellent recipe! I normally use store-bought crusts, but didn't have one so I resorted to Zaar. Of course wanting to be healthy, I sought out whole wheat. This was a great tasting crust and easy to make and roll. I like the extra hardiness that the whole wheat added. As easy as this was to make, I think I'm going to give up store bought."

"Very good! I think next time I might bake it to get the bananas heated through. But the crispy topping with warm bananas was delicious."

"Add me to the list of fans! This was so easy that I didn't think it could possibly be as good as all the reviews -- but it was! I served it on whole wheat pasta so it was a healthy as it was delicious."

"This is really good! Such a strange mix of ingredients but a delicious result. I've made it as described and with cans of refried beans. Both ways end up with good results."
