About Me

I am from Montreal, Canada. Father of 2 schoolage children. Occassional cook of the house. I'm the one to try different recipes.
I enjoy easy to moderate recipes as I am not entirely at home in the kitchen. I am NOT
incapable though. The food that I do make is not over or undercooked and not usually bland
& tasteless. I may even try Beef Wellington
one day!!
