Sounds delicious and we want to try it, but I doubt that Texas markets have ever heard of Kaffir Lime Leaves. :?

Actually there should be 11 pieces listed, contrary to MASTER1's comment: 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 wings, 4 breast pieces(two breasts cut in half,) and 1 back. The back-bone was always my Mom's favorite piece, and I have also learned to love it! Keep on cookin!!!"

Grew up in rural Tennessee. Those home-tastes will always haunt me; and take up a lot of my "recapture" time... There are also wonderful taste-memories from my 20 years of overseas military assignments: Greek, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Philippino, and Vietnamese. Those are all different, and all special in their own unique way...
No wonder my lady and I are "slightly" overweight: We love to experiment; and now that the kids are gone, we have to eat all the "mistakes" on our own...
Chinese stir fry; Italian antipasto; Greek veggies; Turkish soups; Tex-mex, and plain ol Southern fare: Corn bread, beans, pigs-feet, greens and 'taters...
If we had to settle on one culture, we would both opt for Chinese; more veggies, more variety, quicker & easier, and a lot healthier... Thank goodness, we don't have to make that choice...
We're too far out in "the sticks" to hit restaurants on a regular basis. Couple times a year, we will go in, and usually visit a Chinese place when we do...
