"Very nice, filling pancakes. I added a bit more baking powder because I like them thick and fluffy. I also threw in blueberries since I have been trying to get more fruit in our diet. I really liked this recipe."

Carrots and parsnips lend themselves very well to the sweet, dijon flavor of the sauce. Even my husband, whose idea of veggies is mashed potatoes, french frie..."

"So easy and even my two boys loved it. I used parmesan and chives instead of the oregano and mozarella. I also cut out the garlic salt as the parmesan is a bit more salty. Our fish was thin so it took less than 10 minutes. It looked great with steamed broccoli and carrots. And I felt so healthy after eating it ! "
