"This is so easy and quick to make, I make it for lunch all the time now! It's also ridiculously healthy, (check out the fibre and protein on this baby! and by using cooking spray instead of oil and using only water instead of milk, you can cut out a lot more calories - meaning since I've started eating this regularly I've lost some weight! Awes..."

"Very tasty soup, just what the doctor ordered! I used whole tomatoes and tomato puree with some salt instead of condensed soup, and I threw half a turnip I had in the fridge.Very easy, used what I had on hand. I ignored the other review, they obviously did it wrong!!"

"Not much to say except that these were perfect. I used a bit more cocoa than the recipe called for and they came out decadent. I also took another reviewer's tip and shook the pan a couple times in the baking process to ensure the middle was dense. Baked these in a 9" round pie plate since that's what I had on hand - turned out great. Topped w..."

"This was fantastic, it really hit the spot on this miserable winter day.I made a few substitutions, and left some ingredients out, though I don't think it affected the taste too much.Instead of the butter, I used 2 tbsp of canola oil. This was for health concerns. I left out the ginger, coriander, white wine vinegar and lemon juice because I..."

"Asparagus was nowhere to be found in this godawful place (the North West of Ireland and so I used Broccolli instead. I thought it was good, I added a lot of salt to make up for the lack of salt in ricotta. I think it could have used some garlic though, and I will add some next time I make it."

"Found that this wasn't lemony enough when I tasted it while cooking so I added the juice of the lemon as well and that did the job. Also think that it needs about a teaspoon of salt, as everyone added salt to theirs at the table.Thought that the instructions could have benefited from some clarification, most notably in terms of what levels to coo..."

"The cupcakes themselves were very nice, good flavour. The icing is very sweet but like the other reviewer mentionned, a small ammount is nice. It's runny so just spoon it on and let it fall down the sides. They're very pretty when finished (I did not use the food colouring, I think that would cheapen the look of them which is actually quite prof..."

"A nice soup, but the potatoes never absorbed the stock. I had to resort to mashing them with a potato masher, which wasn't an ideal situation.Instead of caraway, I added medium curry powder because I love the combination of curry and potatoes.Next time I will use at least 3 leeks, as well."
