"I tried this recipe but I didn't let it cook on the stove for 65 minutes. I just let it come to a boil and simmered for 15 minutes. I par-cooked pork buttons, put them in a pan, then I poured the BBQ sauce to cover the riblets and I baked them for 60 minutes. They turned out to be the best I have ever had."

"I was eating this dish when I was very young. My mother was a great cook and this one was one of her favorite. It is a budget saver and serves quites a few servings."
