    "Loved this soup I think it is the exact replica of the Olive Gardens'. I was a little hesitant to use pepper flakes in addition to the hot Italian sausage, but found it was a definite must to achive the right flavor. Served with facassia toasted and topped with Parm. Thanks."

    "Wonderful! Didn't have Calvados so used regular Brandy and it was still excellent so I can't wait to try the real thing. Used 1/2 bag of cabbage slaw, one large onion and 1 apple since that is all I had. I too use Essence regularly, which gives the kick in flavor you need in this recipe.
