    "I've been making these cookies for a few years and they are AWESOME! The very best cookie I've ever had, and that includes chocolate chip, which for 50 years had been my favorite. Sweet, buttery-nutty, crispy and tender. SO good!"

    "I absolutely love the simplicity of this. I only had Irish white cheddar, but it's hard to imagine that Swiss would have been any better. Everyone loved it...there was one little piece left over that I had for lunch the next day. Delicious!"
