    I was born in Toyota Japan my hometown is very countryside my parents are growing so many kind of vegetables.I was lucky to grow up had eaten fresh delicious vegetables of each seasons.I have learned how to eat  local fresh vegetables from my grandma and grandpa since i was child.They were so much loving own farm and worked hard whilst great enjoying until the end of them life.They inspired me how wonderful to eat and work hard honestly.

    After graduated university i moved to in Kyoto which as known as beautiful traditional part of Japan.i worked traditional vegetables restaurant of Kyoto and then i worked a lot of kind of restaurant delicatessen,organic restaurnt, Italian cuisine,hawaiian cafe,french,yakitori(bite size of chicken grilled on a skewer), pastry shop...i wanted learn anykind of foods that not only vegetables.

    I love food as my grandpa and grandma loved food.
