"So good! And so easy! I made it a little hotter by adding some ancho chili powder."

"Wow! I've repeatedly failed at making tortillas; they always come out hard, probably because I try to cut back on the fat. These are great! After first making them as described, I experimented with making them a little healthier -- I used whole grain oat flour (ground oats and no oil. Now I have a guilt-free tortilla recipe! Thank you!"

"I'm a big fan of the IHOP Harvest Grain & Nut pancakes, and this recipe seemed to be on track... but somehow, these came our tasting too much like baking soda. I know I measured properly, so maybe it's because my baking soda was too fresh or something. I'll try this again with less baking soda, since it otherwise looked like a good recipe."

"I've tried a half dozen different recipes for oven fries, and this is my favorite. The flavor seems like it could go well with almost any savory dish (not just cajun-style dishes. The only change I made was to increase the oven temperature to 450 F to help them get crunchy faster."

"So good! It seems decadent, despite being so easy to make and not terribly unhealthy. I was craving something sweet, so I added 1/4 c splenda and 2 tsp vanilla. I served it with fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, & apricots, powdered sugar, and sugar-free maple syrup. Yum! I will make this often."

"Wow! We rarely have grits in our house, but this recipe will change that. Hubby described it as "the best potato pancake ever" -- and then I informed him that it was made with grits, not potato. : Instead of sausage, I crumbled 3 slices of cooked turkey bacon and I added some sauteed onion. Yum! I let it set up in a loaf pan in the fridge o..."

"Fantastic flavor balance! I discovered this recipe after the corn was already in the oven, so we put the herbed butter on the corn after it came out of the oven. We used dried herbs, and cut the amount of butter in half. I plan to use this recipe every time I make corn on the cob, and I'll use the herbed butter on other foods as well (it's savo..."

"Healthy and hearty soup. I reduced the olive oil to cut down on calories, and I used chicken broth instead of beef. Hubby and I are very happy with the result, though I must admit that I added some cumin to my bowl (cumin+lentils=perfect. I will be making this again!"

"This was wonderful! To prevent the flour flavor, I wisked the roux (butter+flour over a low flame until it was medium brown color. I used 3 cups of cheese (12 oz, per hubby's request: 1 c sharp cheddar, 1 c fat-free cheddar, 1 c extra sharp white. I removed the white sauce from the heat before adding the cheese, and the cheese was still able ..."

"I wanted this to be thick, so I only used a few tbsp of evaporated milk (fat-free. I accidentally doubled the salt, but the flavor still turned out great -- it tastes like toffee!"
