    About Me

My 19 year old son has multiple allergies, including gluten, so I have learned to cook gluten free meals. He is currently on the "Raw Food Diet" and I have gotten pretty good at that too. The rest of my family, including two teenage daughters, prefers to eat low sugar organic foods.
