"I loved this! But I do love citrus. I added about 1/4 t of ground mexican oregano, because it makes anything mexican better with it's wonderful smoky flavor. I also added the cilantro right before serving, as I wanted it still fresh. Thanks!"

"Awesome, awesome marinade!Of course I love citrus, so I knew I'd like this. Ground, mexican oregano makes any mexican or southwestern dish better, lends a wonderful smoky flavor, very unlike regular oregano as we think of it in Italian food. The first time I identified it at a mexican restaurant, I spent the whole time trying to pinpoint the wond..."

"I made these last night for Thanksgiving Dinner. I made them in my Kitchen Aide mixer, used between 4 1/2 - 5 cups of flour, let them rise twice in the bowl, and once after I formed them into rolls, and otherwise followed the recipe exactly, (except for adding a T or so of sugar when proofing my yeast and adding butter to the tops half way throug..."

"I was going to post this recipe, but found it here first. We had these last night at a friend's house & they were FANTASTIC & it takes a lot to impress me! She used pepper bacon which I think made a huge difference, although I'm sure they're good with plain bacon as well. If you want them to be hotter leave the stem on, & when removing seeds leave..."

"Many chefs post their recipes assuming that people will salt & pepper to their personal taste, if the recipe overall is good, other than that, then it should be rated as such. It looks very interesting & I will be trying it soon. Thanks!"

"I made these today & they really turned out nice. They are a little flat, so I think next time I may add a bit of baking powder, but really I like thinner cookies anyway. I only had 1/2 cup of baking cocoa so I experimented & made up the difference (1/4 cup with some hazelnut flavored hot cocoa, & used 1 cup of sugar & 1 cup of brown sugar, also ..."

"I really hate to rate a recipe this low, especially when it has apparently worked for others. This only created a gloppy batter, instead of a dough, against by better judgment I followed the recipe & went ahead & tried to handle this & bake it thinking maybe by some miracle it would correct itself. I checked & double checked that I did not make a ..."

"This recipe is very close, if not the same as how my mom has made this for years. It is absolutely fantastic, it is great to take to parties with fresh veggies. I often make this to keep on hand in the fridge and buy an assortment of fresh veggies that I cut up & bag to go with it for snacking. It is also nice as a zippy sandwich spread. I really..."
