"I have a cheesecake recipe I've made several times in a glass dish. To make a larger cake, I'd like to use a metal baking sheet.
The glass dish recipe calls for 350 degrees for 30 minutes. I'm thinking I should use 375 degrees for 30 minutes with the metal pan. IS THIS CORRECT? :?"
