    "Flavor is good. Dense; much more like banana bread than cake. Batter is much thicker and drier (simular to bread dough than usual cake batter; did not rise much."

    "YYYYYYYYYYuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeee! We like it! It is moist and 'fluffy' with a crispy brown crust. We turned the oven off about 5 min early (but did not take it out till the timer ended. Also, we used organic Succanat instead of regular sugar. Also, I think it would be slightly more delightful with chopped walnuts baked into the ..."
