"Simple, but needs to cook most of the day. We used chunked lean chuck roast and fresh tomatoes instead of ground beef and canned tomatoes, but I think that probably improved it overall. Our rice was still crunchy at 6 hours and just barely done at a little over eight...."

"YYYYYYYYYYuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeee! We like it! It is moist and 'fluffy' with a crispy brown crust. We turned the oven off about 5 min early (but did not take it out till the timer ended.
