    About Me

I am Latinamerican; my major is Architecture and I'm currently studying in Japan for a Master degree. Japanese cooking is quite interesting, but I have only learned very basic things so far. My favorite cooking styles are Latinamerican (more like, Caribbean), Spaniard and Italian (I'm just getting started on learning japanese cooking).

    Favorite Foods

I love seafood - I've not yet met any seafood dish I don't like. I am good at latin food cooking - basically because I am Latin and my mother taught me many tips for every day improvisation in Latinamerican style, asides of regular dishes.
