    About Me

Trucker's wife who suddenly has more time to experiment in the kitchen. Looking for new ideas to feed my hubby when he's home on the road. It's gotta be good though cause he can be picky! If it tastes like it came from a truckstop.. it ain't gonna work! ;)

    Favorite Foods

    Hubby's faves: Chicken (Fried, unfortunately)
Pizza (He's a kid at heart)
Steak (There's a man food for ya)

My Faves: I love trying new stuff as long as it's nothing REALLY out there. I'd love to learn how to make a low fat lasagne for one (he won't eat it but I love lasagne). We both have been eating too much fat lately and I'd like to keep his home meals as low as possible since he eats on the road so much.
