"I have been having a difficult time learning to like fish again and this was amazing! There's only a hint of lemon and salmon, everything is mild tasting, but very good. I had to pan fry these and I used olive oil. Wonderful - thank you!"

"We thought these might be a little bland, so we added some cumin and chili powder (less than a teaspoon of each spice for the whole bean mixture) and they turned out well. My husband baked his with the salsa in them and we served them with sour cream on top. Overall they were good, but could use a bit more spice."
