    About Me

    I simply love to cook!  I am one of those old-fashioned cooks who was taught at home by my mother and grandmothers.  I use fresh ingredients whenever possible and I serve my family three meals everyday, using grains, vegetables, and fruits.  Every once and a while we will go for the fast food, but that's rare.  I usually cook several dishes at once on a Sunday, make good use of the freezer, and we all eat well, stay fairly lender, and generally live the good life.
