"really really good pancakes.
a little tip - these don't get bubbly around the edges when they are ready to flip. so flip them when you think they've cooked long enough.
i didn't have buttermilk - so i used plain yogurt. it worked well.
great recipe."

I am a stay at home mom to two lovely children and the wife of a handsome vegan man. I love to play around in the kitchen - creating recipes and cooking and baking. I like to bake cookies and love improving on cookie recipes to make them more healthy - but still really tasty.
i love chocolate.
i also love sweet potatoes - cooked savory though - not with sugar or marshmallows.
my favorite cooking oil is grapeseed oil.

"This is a super easy granola recipe. It isn't overly sweet and is a real crowd-pleaser. It also makes your house smell fabulous for hours after you bake it. I normally add about 2 Tbsp. wheat germ and a tsp. brewers yeast to my dry ingredients - for nutritional value."
