"wonderful!! roasted the peppers myself, made my own red wine vinegar (with help from recipezaar and used smashed almonds as we didnt have walnuts. my partner who is on atkins adored it! we had it with marinated salmon steaks (Recipe #57092 sans sugar and oven baked butternut. will make this again as it is so tasty. thankyou!"

"delicious, easy recipe! i used our home grown spinach and have to say i halved the garlic (although i do love garlic. didnt use any cream at all. simply 'stab mixed' the combination all at the end (off the heat, with a small dash of skim. beautiful! people at both of our work's commented on how good it smelt...it tasted better, im sure! : thank..."
