Reviewed Impossible Peanut Butter Cookies
"Scrumptious! This hit the sweet tooth spot! I added the vanilla like the other reviewers mentioned. I think I will always add the vanilla to the mix. I also added chocolate chips after baking in the oven. I didn't have the bigger kiss but close enough. Thanks! I will make again and again!"

Reviewed Broccoli Roasted With Garlic, Chipotle Peppers and Pine Nuts
"This was very good! I'm not a big broccoli eater right now but this might help me along! I did not have the adobe sauce but I did have a chipotle chile pepper seasoning. I used a small dash of it on the broccoli. Otherwise, I followed the recipe. I will make this again. Thank you!"

I'm married with a one year old son. My husband is reaping he benefits of my cooking and baking (see his belly). (Don't tell him I said that part.)
I love to bake. However, I had to grow into cooking. After a long day of work, I had to find a serious stress reliever! That's when I found the site. I found baking to be that thing that relieves the tension of a long day at work and mental stress.
I love to eat out but a girl has to watch her pennies. Thus, Recipe Zaar came to the rescue. I started cooking homemade recipes for dinner.
I love dark chocolate. I will take dark over milk chocolate anytime. Liver and onions with a nice gravy. General Tao chicken with peanuts. Peanut butter: sandwich, cookies, crackers, PB&J sandwich.
I go through fazes where I just want to eat a particular thing all the time. So I'll add more favorites as they come to me.
