    Reviewed Gluten Free Awesome Chocolate Chip Cookies

    "Awesome! I guess I changed it up quite a bit but it worked out great. Used coconut oil, gluten free flour mix, coconut sugar instead of white and brown sugar and added 1/2 tsp xanthum gum. They were not too sweet, texture was great and the kids couldn;t tell they were not ;normal; cookies."

    "This is the only way to eat oatmeal. It is especially good (almost a nutty flavour) if you are able to roll the oats right before soaking. I have an attachment for my Kitchen Aid that rolls the oats. Buying oat groats is cheaper than buying rolled oats. We top ours with coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup and cream.
