"Easy and very tasty. Surprisingly robust flavour given the minimal seasoning - the tarragon was wonderful. I'd love to see more recipes like this one... mix, dump and bake!"

"This was definitely easy and tasty. Quick too. I like my food with alot more punch so I might add more garlic and/or chili pepper next time. Picky DH loved it and that, in and of itself, makes it a winner in my book."

"The colour was beautiful and the taste was ok. I found the sauce to be a bit overpowering (too salty for our tastes. I think I like a more complex tasting dish, but this was indeed easy."

"Delicious and easy. Super quick for a pre-dinner or party snack....just a matter of mixing it together and throwing it in the oven. Served it with Melba toast. I used approx 50/50 mayo/miracle whip, b/c I ran out of mayo. It was still very good, but I would guess that with all mayo the flavor would have been a tad more mild, which would have b..."

"This was a nice variation on chicken curry. I am typically a lover of peanuty sauces, but this was a little on the sweet side for me - thus the average rating. Extremely easy to make and I'd expect would be a winner for younger members of the family.I added straw mushrooms along with chicken to bulk up the dish.If you like this dish, you..."

"I made as written. It was ok. Definitely very easy and I didn't need to cook any longer than 30 min. The sauce was very acidic - perhaps more sugar would have minimized this? We also had it straight up w/o rice or noodles. I would definitely recommend some sort of starch accompaniment - it was pretty potent."

"Very easy and extremely flavourful. A very elegant meal in no time flat. I think the prep time was well under 10 minutes.I used, SKINLESS boneless breasts - put the stuffing in the middle of each breast, folded the edges and tied it up with bacon - secured with a few toothpicks. It was worked very well. This is a rich dish - even without..."

"OUTSTANDING!! If you like Thai curries this will knock your socks off!!! This is a restaurant grade recipe, for sure. I was spoiled, eating Thai curries from a wonderful Chicago restaurant - Hi Ricky. I can now make it myself, with this recipe :- I used 1 1/2 lbs of bay scallops in lieu of chicken. No need to remove the garlic. The ginger m..."

"I cut the cream in half, opted for tomato juice and canned crushed tomatoes. This was good, though I was expecting more flavour. Perhaps more basil would do it? Some sauteed onions would go well too. It would do well as a fresh, light pre-dinner opening in lieu of a salad. "
