"This dish had good flavor. We found that slicing the tenderloin into medallions made it easier to cover the bottom of the cooking dish ( I used an 8x8 pyrex) Served over rice, the only thing missing was more sauce. Other than that, this was a nice, light, tasty way to prepare pork for lunch!"

"Fantastic flavor and easy to prepare! We used turkey sausage instead of pork for a lower calorie meal, and then added about 2 teaspoons of ground cayenne pepper. Wonderful heat and taste!"

"Simple yet delicious!! Easy, almost non-existent prep made this one a for sure repeat!! The only difference was that I cut the chicken breast into bite size chunks before sauteing them."
