"I made this recipe for my Christmas Brunch, and received rave reviews from all. I did however change the recipe a bit. I used an entire 8oz. brick of cream cheese instead of only 2oz., and I also added sugar free Apricot Preserves. The extra filling didn't overwhelm the recipe at all. The dish was just very rich, creamy, and extra delicious."

"This was a tasty, easy to make recipe that everyone raved about! I forgot the pecans when I made it though, and it definitely needed that little extra bit of texture."

"These really are creamy and delicious. I used this for my Christmas brunch, and it served a dozen people with some leftover. I didn't use the Accent seasoning, because I don't know what it is(?)and I also left out the tabasco sauce because we never use it. I don't know that the taste suffered though, because the eggs just tasted rich and creamy."
