    About Me

    I am a police officer that loves to cook.  I recently started a vegetable garden in my backyard and Love the fresh produce coming out of it.  I have tomatos, spinach, cabbage, peppers, greens, chard, strawberries etc.

    I have hundreds of tomatos and have been trying out new recipies with them as well as the greens.  I just make things up as I go along, if it tastes good; thats whats for dinner, if it doesn't I throw it out and start over. 

    My true love is cooking and one day would Love to open a diner.
