    About Me

Just recently had to do a lifestyle change in the way we eat at our house. DH has IBS and that means no red meat, no pork, no dairy and more soluable fiber with only some insoluble fiber. So I am spending my free time researching recipes and trying to make our favorites work for us. This is going to be an adventure!Laughing
