    "I make this all the time thanks for the great recipe! Today I ran out of Worcestershire Sauce and I substituted 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce+ 1/8 cup water + pinch of fresh ground nutmeg. I don't know why nutmeg, it sounded good. Worked out! Tastes good!"
