Reviewed Broccoli and Cheese Soup with Croutons

"Pretty much followed this recipe exactly, except didn't add the extra butter at the end. I do like the texture of pureed. Easy gourmet!"

"This is fabulous! Instead of using fresh parsely, I used a sprinkling of dried Italian seasoning and some white pepper. I feel I've been let in on a major secret of fancy cooking!"

    Reviewed Broccoli, Tofu and Peanuts

"I make a lot of Chinese food. I make a lot of vegetarian food. I thought this sounded interesting, but I wondered how all these flavors would meld. Not very well. This just did not taste good. The peanut butter was the strongest flavor. I will not be making this again."

"Absolutely delicious! A great combination of quick and tasty. Next time I might try just 6 oz. of chocolate chips so that I have exactly half a bag of chips left for the next time!"
