"I really enjoyed the flavor but the chicken was way too overdone. Cooking chicken breasts for 10 minutes on each side over medium-high heat, then baking it for 20 minutes? Yikes. Waaay too tough. I think I'll try this seasoning/ricotta combo again though. Very tasty."
