    About Me

I could always bake but I learned to cook about 5 years ago when my son became ill and needed a special diet. Nowadays I am just a busy mom and full-time student and look to get quick ideas for dinner- and still try to be healthy and serve a well-balanced meal. However, sometimes time wins over. If you have any questions about DF, GF/CF recipes I am glad to help- I just do not need to cook like that anymore.
