    Reviewed Greek Rice Pilaf
    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Olha

"I made this to accompany greek chicken kebabs, although I used more water as it dried out very quickly, and also added a chicken stock cube. My husband said it tasted like the rice we had in the mountains in Cyprus, so I am over the moon with this and will definitely be making it again. Highly recommended."

    Reviewed Fudgy Low-Fat Brownies
    Handle
     |  By Derf

"For low fat brownies these are ace - not quite the real thing - but much better than the majority of low fat cakes. The only thing I found was that they had a slightly odd after taste, which I think may have been the Splender. I used Green and Blacks cocoa powder. I am in the UK and these work out at 1pt each, which is excellent."

    Reviewed Bourbon Chicken
    Handle
     |  By LinMarie

"Oh wow! This is amazing. I made it last night for the first time and it is now printed out and in my recipe file. My husband and I both loved it and found it tasted exactly like the bourbon chicken in the malls. I made it almost exactly as the recipe except I only added 1/4 tsp of red chilli flakes as my DH doesn't like spicy food and I found it p..."

Reviewed Mean's Lamb You Can Eat With a Spoon
    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By kiwidutch

"This really was the most delicious lamb I have ever tasted! I used a 1kg bone in half leg. It was frozen so I defrosted it fully first. I cut off as much of the fat as possible and this is definitely an important part of the process. I didn't use shallots as I forgot to buy them but the taste was perfect. I used red Zinfandel which I got from Sain..."

     |  By Lori Mama

"We adore these sausages and have been making them ever since we first saw Nigella do it on her TV show. My husband makes them for any party where we need to take a dish along. They are also great in sandwiches the next day."

    Reviewed Beer Bread
    Handle
     |  (1 person found this helpful) |  By Gerald Norman

"What a fantastic tasting, easy to make bread! I used a Czech pilsner as it was the cheapest beer they had! I used between 1/4 and a 1/2 cup of butter and it did overflow, but I had a baking sheet under it so no mess there. We had a slice each warm yesterday and I have just had a cold slice now and it is just as good. The flavour is different now b..."

    Reviewed Weight Watchers Chicken Marsala
    Handle
     |  By Lainey6605

"We love chicken marsala so I was over the moon to find this recipe. I am in the UK so chicken broth isn't available here, however the knorr ready made chicken stock works perfectly. I am going to make it again tonight and this time I am going to make up more of the sauce, otherwise it is perfect. Thanks."

Reviewed Yes, Virginia There is a Great Meatloaf
    Handle
     |  By Nita Holleman

"My husband doesn't like meatloaf. He liked this though! He ate it all up. I have the leftovers for lunch today and I am really looking forward to it. I added a clove of minced garlic and a couple of dashes of worcester sauce to the meat mix. The sauce was also delicious. I used 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and that seemed to be spot on. I served i..."

"I made this for my husband and I and we loved it! When I made it I fried off some onion and sliced musrooms first and added them to the pasta sauce. I am in the UK and used Dolmio and it worked perfectly. Also, we were unable to get italian style breadcrumbs, so I just used Paxo ones, which worked well. I served it with spaggetti. An absolutely de..."
